Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

Booking-CancelationDUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR PEAK SERVICE HOURS, at the time of booking a valid credit card must be presented, to initiate a $10 reservation hold for your appointment. This will be applied to the total service charge at check out.

In the event you do not cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, (see below) you will forfeit the reservation amount of $10, along with any other applicable cancellation charges.

Active Membership Holders are not required to place reservation deposits.

Booking Coupons: You must set an appointment, by phone with a live agent. Please note that once a coupon service has been booked it may not be altered or canceled, within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time. Only one reschedule permitted.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your appointment, without fee, anytime during normal business hours the day before your scheduled appointment time. Body Concierge does not have control over the amount of time required for your card provider to release held funds however, if you have left a reservation deposit.

Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the total balance for all appointments booked.

Clients that fail to cancel prior to their scheduled appointment, and do not arrive for service, will incur the full cost of all appointments scheduled for that day.

*Active Members of Body Concierge with our 6 or 12-month packages – all same day and “no show” cancellation charges max out at $10. Does not apply to 1 or 3-month packages.
